Spec Built

Founded in 1988 by Curtis Davenport, Spec-Built, Inc. has grown to be a leader in the field of interior construction and remodeling in both office and retail space. As our name implies we build to spec using detailed Architectural blueprints following each instruction and detail as specified by some of the leading Architectural Designers.

Since our inception, we have completed over $78 million dollars in projects, which include Department Stores, Business Offices, Management Companies, Retail Facilities and others without a failure to perform to the customer's complete satisfaction.

If you are interested in beginning a project, take a look at the information we have available on this site. Let us show you what we can do for you. Traditional project management has been turned on, fine tuned, and tailored to meet the ever growing needs of our clients.

ICOMEX uses our ICX - Content Management Systems to generate the HTML web pages. We handle the management of their web site through a 3rd party bandwidth client, and make all necessary changes and updates through the course of the year.

Hand Spiral

Hand Spiral's initial web template was created in the spring of 2002 for William Melstrom to manage and maintain a ceramic pottery business. Initially, the site was to be a brochure site with pictures to provide information in the industry and for potential clients to obtain more information about his work and studio. At that time he traveled around the United States and displayed art in many galleries.

Since that time, William has expanded the scope of his business and has become and international figure in his field. He sells to museums, travels to Europe and does lectures and provides high quality products to collectors, museums, and galleries.

CRYSTALLINE GLAZES truly present an artistic wedding of chemistry and nature. Although difficult to produce, the rewards can be great. Glaze crystals spontaneously form and grow in the molten glazes while the pieces are cooling in the kiln. The largest crystals take up to twelve hours to grow. The size and shape of the crystal is somewhat controllable through experience and careful attention to the firing cycle; the placement and number of crystals is not, meaning that each piece is one-of-a-kind.
