Sometimes Internet Service Providers are known to block Port 25. They expect their customers to use their outgoing servers to send e-mails. There is a way around this. We have provided an alternate port. It is 587. You can change the port number in your e-mail client. (Mostly found under Advanced Settings). A few examples are as follows:
MS OUTLOOK
1. Open MS Outlook. Click Tools -> E-mail Accounts.

2. Choose View or change existing e-mail accounts and click Next.

3. Highlight the e-mail account and click Change.

4. Click More Settings. (Note: Make sure the box near
Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) is Unchecked

5. Change the port number of Outgoing Server (SMTP) to 587. Click OK.

OUTLOOK EXPRESS

2. Select Mail tab, highlight the e-mail account and click Properties.

3. Select Advanced tab, and change the port number of Outgoing mail(SMTP) to 587. Click Apply and OK.
